I am an 18 year old living in Texarkana, Arkansas.

I play guitar and baritone, and am attempting piano.
My favorite bands include Pink Floyd, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Beatles, The Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Modest Mouse, Tool, and many others.

I am a very chill person to be around. I am also very smart. Get to know me.

lancelucid asked: What are the steps you take to astral project and how long have you been projecting? isn't it basically impossible to project as soon as you go to sleep?

I’ve been astral projection for about a year and a half, but I’ve experienced sleep paralysis since I was 14. The best way to do it is to set an alarm for six hours after you fall asleep, and when you wake up,  stay up for at least five minutes. Then go back to bed, and try to sleep and wake up multiple times until you can’t move your body. Lifting out is easy. There are many methods on doing it, I prefer the roll-over method. I usually have them every two weeks or so, usually during an afternoon nap. The key is for your body to be asleep but your mind awake. Warning: you will find things you may not want to see or hear, but they are hallucinations. The other day I saw bright flashes of light with a skull in the center, but knowing it was an illusion, I had fun and launched Kamehameha waves at it. Real things that happen include: you being an orb of consciousness, flying, seeing “spirits.” I saw my dead dog come out from under my car. Your pets can feel your presence too. I called out to my live dog and she turned her head, but my dead dog also appeared and was so real it was freaky.
